Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MySolSolution.com and related services. By accessing the site, submitting information, requesting solar information, scheduling an appointment, or participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form or requesting information does not, by itself, purchase solar equipment, create an installation contract, approve financing, or guarantee that a provider will contact you.

About MySolSolution

MySolSolution provides solar-related information, tools, lead-generation services, referral services, appointment scheduling, and connections to independent solar and related service providers. Available services and features may change over time.

MySolSolution is not necessarily the company that will install, finance, manufacture, or service a solar energy system. We may operate as a marketing and customer-acquisition business or intermediary connecting prospective customers with solar installers, financing providers, contractors, or related service providers.

No Guarantee of Solar Savings

Solar savings vary significantly by property and customer. Factors may include electricity usage, utility rates, roof condition, roof orientation, shading, system size, equipment, financing terms, local regulations, utility policies, net-metering rules, weather, tax eligibility, incentives, and future electricity prices.

Any savings projections, estimates, calculators, examples, or illustrations provided by the website are informational estimates only. They are not guarantees of future savings or financial performance, and we do not promise elimination of your electric bill.

Solar Calculators and Estimates

Our calculators may rely on information you provide, generalized assumptions, publicly available data, historical averages, or estimated utility costs. Results are not a binding quote, contract, financial advice, tax advice, engineering analysis, or guarantee of system production. A final proposal or agreement from an applicable provider controls over preliminary website estimates.

Financing availability, rates, terms, monthly payments, and approval depend on the financing provider and applicant qualifications. MySolSolution does not guarantee financing approval, interest rates, loan terms, credit eligibility, or monthly payment amounts.

MySolSolution is not a bank or lender unless expressly stated otherwise. Any financing offer or agreement is provided by the applicable financing provider and is governed by that provider's terms.

Independent Solar and Service Providers

We may connect you with independent solar installers, contractors, financing providers, equipment providers, consultants, or other service providers. Those businesses may have their own contracts, pricing, warranties, financing terms, licenses, privacy practices, and service obligations.

Independent providers are responsible for their own work, representations, products, services, and contractual obligations. Review any proposal or agreement carefully and verify licensing, insurance, warranties, and other details that matter to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Information You Provide

You agree to provide reasonably accurate and current information, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, utility information, electricity usage, property details, and other information requested through the site. You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or outdated information.

Electric Bill Uploads

Electric-bill uploads are optional unless a particular form specifically says otherwise. Upload only documents you are authorized to provide. Uploaded bills may be used to evaluate energy usage, prepare solar estimates, assist with system recommendations, and communicate with solar providers.

Communications and Commercial Email

If you submit a request, schedule an appointment, or otherwise affirmatively authorize contact, you may receive communications related to that request through the methods you authorize, such as phone, email, text, or scheduling communications. We do not treat every form submission as blanket marketing consent unless the applicable form clearly requests and receives that consent.

If we send promotional email, you may opt out using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily stop transactional, service-related, or requested communications.

Referral Partner Program

Participation in the referral program is subject to approval. Not every submitted lead qualifies for payment. Duplicate, fraudulent, unauthorized, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible leads may be rejected or reviewed. Compensation is governed by the current Referral Partner Terms, which control if there is a conflict regarding referral compensation.

Referral partners must have permission before submitting another person's information. Partners are independent participants and are not employees merely because they participate in the program.

Acceptable Use

You may not submit false leads; submit contact information without authorization; scrape or harvest the site through automated means; attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, databases, or accounts; upload malicious or illegal files; introduce malicious code; interfere with site operation; impersonate another person or business; commit fraud; abuse referral compensation; or bypass security controls.

Intellectual Property

The website content, MySolSolution branding and logos, original copy, graphics, software, calculators, and other protected materials are owned by MySolSolution or their respective licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected materials without permission. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including scheduling services, installers, lenders, financing providers, analytics platforms, payment providers, and social networks. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability and Changes to Services

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site. It may be updated, modified, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We may modify website features, service offerings, calculators, referral programs, and service-provider relationships. These Terms do not change a previously signed customer contract.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MySolSolution and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, fraudulent or unauthorized referrals or submissions, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Business Transfers

The website, business operations, contracts, intellectual property, customer relationships, records, databases, and other business assets may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, reorganization, asset sale, sale of the company, bankruptcy, or similar transaction. Transfers of personal information are also governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This does not mean we independently sell personal information as a data product.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through lead forms, contact forms, scheduling flows, referral submissions, advertising attribution, and electric-bill uploads.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and must use the site only for lawful purposes. If you submit information for another person, you must have authority or permission to do so.

Governing Law and Disputes

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action, or jury-trial provisions should be established only after review of MySolSolution's confirmed legal entity and jurisdiction. Until that review is complete, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived are preserved.
